Charter Coating Service (2000) Ltd., founded in 1981, provides an independent source of technical and practical expertise for coatings, paints, mastics, corrosion chemistry and environmental surveys. Charter's mission is to provide personnel and facilities able to conduct laboratory

and paints with emphasis on materials
that mitigate corrosion.
